This reason as the main external causes of the languages’culture been threatened; Second, local people do not stand firm in the domestic language, the environment of Chinese languages are easy to conflict, this is the important cause that result in disunity of the national languages and even give up their native language. Endangered languages is directly contributing to the crisis of the world’s linguistic diversity. Now China is faced with many problems, such as:people have questioned upon the clashes between dialects and the mandarin, this really a great test for the national cultural identity; due to too much emphasis on the importance of English and excessive worship of English culture, leading people to their native language loyalty declined, even accelerate some of minority languages towards to the end. In the world, there are a lot of national language endangered faster, some mainstream languages such as Russian, German, French and so on, are suffered erosion of English.Each language contains its unique culture and ecological knowledge, which is a decisive factor to promote human sustainble development. However, as all of the people were promoted the mandarin, at the same time, the dialect as a vulnerable language, was suffered the collapse and destruction in its living space and the value of the existence. Some languages of the minority nationalities have appeared the foundation of atrophy, even becoming nonexist, and surely some dialects have completely disappeared. How to protect and inherit the dialect is an urgent problem to be solved. It’s also a worthy issue to be searched deeply. Language is the carrier of culture, is the symbol of nation. people blindly ignored their native language, will lead to the loss of national sovereignty of language and culture; abandon the native language culture, forming strong centrifugal force from the country, thus they lack of national cultural identity. Therefore, accompanied by the conflict and unrest of language and culture, declining of another or unsafe state culture sovereignty, and national culture identity gradually declined may pose a threat to the development of countries in other areas, if the person’s heart not neat, how a country could settle for a long time? English as the main carrier of American culture with the outlook on life and values of the invasion, and the all-pervasive infiltrating to the traditional culture of our country, these problems would be a focus in this article is to be discussed.These problems show that language and culture of China is in hot water and the resulting cultural identity issues, everyone should be given enough attention. Based on the analysis of the relationship between domestic language and cultural identity, and the effects of globalization on cultural identity, we pointed out that our country should as soon as possible to take a series of measures for language and culture:enhance consciousness on suffering and protection of the Chinese language, correct the people’s understanding of "fashion" in the English, enhance self-confidence, develop the strategy of the national Chinese culture to "going out", promote Chinese language vigorously and so on, to guard against and resist malicious penetration and erosion of western culture, enhance the national cultural identity, face the various challenges from domestic and foreign potential threats positively, and ensure the safety of Chinese language and culture, and the height of the cultural identity of the people, on this basis, encourage all ethnic groups to safeguard the cultural diversity of the world languages. This measures have certain reference significance to maintain security of Chinese language and culture, improve the cultural identity for native language, protect national language culture, and maintain the ecological balance of the global language.
