Intercultural Communication has become a hot topic in the field of Journalism and Communication both at home and abroad by the appearance of globalization. Cultural differences and clash of civilizations effective intercultural communication set a natural barrier, the role of the media is important. Media reports can reflect to some extent the effect of communication.In international intercultural communication, the mainstream media reflects the Government’s intention and public attitudes, has become the consensus. Therefore, by the spread of the main countries of the mainstream media content analysis, we can understand the theme country’s image in the international community, reputation, influence and overall communication effects. Confucius Institute reported three newspapers in the2006-2011The New York Times, China Daily,"People’s Daily" content analysis, comparative study of the statistical data, summed up the Confucius Institute of intercultural communication problems and propose appropriate improvements.At the same time, the Confucius Institute, which is a typical case of intercultural communication, can reflect the spreading effect of dislocation and foreign intercultural communication problems. The article analyzes from three perspectives of the culture, the media, political communication effect of dislocation causes and propose appropriate strategy to certain referential significance and inspiration of intercultural communication practice.
