Internet Freedom And Its Limits

The beneficial effects of rapid development and globalization of science and technology, as a new model of network society formed. People in the network society enjoying the network of free, here, people to speak freely, individuality, freedom to receive information, network greatly expands the freedom of human rights, the subject status of human being can be improved. Feel free to make network as their spiritual home and any potential conflict regulation of Internet freedom, so the network society, network anomie phenomenon emerge in an endless stream. All this prompted people to reflect on what is the network real freedom? Network freedom need not to need to be regulated within certain limit, the limit of how to divide? People how to reasonably and effectively practice can promote the benign development of Internet freedom of Internet freedom?Network community is a special existence, unique content with different network to social reality, but the network society is an organic part of social reality, social reality need ethics moral restraint, legal norms to ensure its smooth operation, the network society is no exception, the ethics morals, laws and regulations, concept of value the construction is indispensable. We need to find a reasonable balance between freedom and regulation of the network, network free into the regulation, and the regulation carefully maintained the freedom of network. This paper defined the concept and characteristics of the network based on the upper bound and free interpretation of different free view, analyzes the relationship between network freedom and freedom of reality, and then explains the positive results of free network development in China and the negative impact; Based on the existing problems of objective and rational analysis based on the regulation of Internet freedom of the legitimacy and rationality, and puts forward some countermeasures for the freedom of network development, which is based on ethics, law, technology of the trinity of strengthening internet moral self-discipline, do consciously abide by the social network of the high quality of Internet users.
