On The Contemporary Value Of The Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum

The Western Han Dynasty has an important position in the history of our country. And the Western Han Dynasty mausoleum is the symbol of the national spirit and strong national strength. This is not only of great significance to the study of archaeology and history, but also has the unique value in art, thought, culture, regional economic revitalization.In the modern society, there are various contradictions between the cultural heritage protection and the development of city. The Western Han Dynasty mausoleum is also in this kind of contradiction, during the construction of Xi Xian New Area and Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone. Along with the rapid changes in the global economic situation, the contradiction between development and heritage protection, area residents and other stakeholders are increased and intensified. The fundamental cause of this contradiction lies in the contemporary value of the heritage without real understanding which is the foundation of heritage protection.In this paper, in the process of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of contemporary value assessment, the stakeholder management theory is used to obtain the conclusion that the protection and management of cultural heritage needs to make the interests of stakeholders balance that heritage protection to achieve optimal effect. Based on this theory, from two aspects of the traditional and the stakeholder point to evaluate and compare the different results in the contemporary value of Western Han Dynasty mausoleum. Based on the analysis, two aspects the relationship between management mode of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of the local government and local residents and the mausoleum the possible are selected, to investigate the possible problems and conflicts between the stakeholders and the cultural heritage and put forward the possible solutions. We hope in this way can make a balance in the effective protection of heritage sites and stakeholders, and finally protect and promote the contemporary value of the Western Han Dynasty mausoleum.
