My Government Is To Promote The Construction Of Social And Cultural Mechanism

Social culture is a product formed by social life where people live together.because the society is changing and developing, social culture is changing anddeveloping with social product. In the face of the background of globalization, with thediversification of people’s life style and the impact of multiculturalism, manyphenomena like vulgar culture, the lack of faith, illegal behaviors, moral reduced andworried about the situation have emerged. If we do not face to this situation, it willendanger the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics. So thegovernment should play a leading role in the construction of the social culture ofthrough effective and reasonable mechanism for social culture in a positive direction.Therefore, further perfecting governmental mechanisms and reshaping the socialist corevalue system and core values are an important problem to our government facing in thecultural construction, which has great theoretical and practical significance.By study the perspective of the corresponding mechanism and the function of theproblem, the article has analyzed the problem by which our government promotes socialand cultural construction in the process of the rationality of the mechanism and theexisting, and it has analyzed the causes of problems in the operation of the mechanism,putting forward to improve our government to promote corresponding measures ofsocial and cultural construction mechanism. And by applying the regulatorymechanisms, demonstrating mechanisms, guiding mechanism, cultivating andpromoting and remodeling mechanisms, the government looks for the spreadingmechanism of innovative culture and core values.
