Based on the concept of regionalism, this paper analyzes on the internal andexternal political effect formed by the Latin American regionalism. With theintegration of the literatures, the thesis focuses the regional cooperation amongregionalism which ultimate goal is the realization of regional integration on thefoundation of internal joint cooperation continuously strengthens. In the theoreticaldiscussion, firstly from the analysis framework of three major theoretical schools ofinternational relations, separately carded its core arguments about the regionalism. Inthe next, this section also briefly introduces some international relations involvedregionalism theory.Chapter IIis about the history of Latin American regionalism development and thecurrent situation. Its discussed idea is the regionalism constructions in this region howto development from the regional joint thinking, through repeated cooperationpractice, gradually realize the integration and mechanism of the regionalismdevelopment, in additionally, lead to the thriving situation of local regionalorganizations.From the two angles of collective cooperation and the function of integrationorganizations based on the Latin American regional level, the Chapter III discussabout the political effects arising from the local regionalism make efforts to theinternal and external both platforms.Finally, the concluding part talks about the difficulties and obstacles of the LatinAmerican regionalism development as well as the possible future directions of thedevelopment. Furthermore, the article point out under the background of regional jointdevelopment, how the big powers identify their own positions, in order to achieve thepositive interaction between national development and regional progress.
