Discussion And Analysis Of The Theories And Practice Of China's Regional Tourism Cooperation

The trend of international economic integration and regional economic collectivization promotes the international tour market to be opened and integrated further, and this current is calling up the age of regional tourism cooperation. In the end of 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee decided to carry on the Reform and Open, and the working weight of the whole Party began to be put on the construction of China's socialism modernization. Thus, China's tourism has been developed by leaps and bounds. Regional tourism cooperation develops on the basis of economic development of tourism. Deng Xiaoping's Talk during inspecting the South in 1992 is the mark of regional tourism cooperation. From the end of 1978 to the year of 1992 is the initial developmental stage of regional tourism cooperation, whose achievements academic circles have summarized and explored at different aspects. From 1993 to this day, regional tourism cooperation is approaching to maturity. Regional tourism cooperation of Long River Delta, Zhu River Delta and Bo Sea Wreath has obtained abundant achievements. Although the theoretic research of this stage is thoroughly carried on, there is no theoretic system in this field. Based on Theory of Unbalanced Development, Science Development View, Cooperation Theory and System Theory this thesis tentatively probes concept, types, conditions, main body, contents, principles and countermeasures of regional tourism cooperation, and tries to build up a comprehensive theoretic system. In order to verify the leading importance of this theoretic system, this thesis takes the construction of cooperation of regional tourism of Hakka in juncture of three provinces-Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi for example to make a thorough analysis. Regional tourism cooperation develops rapidly, so it is important and urgent to build up the theoretic system of regional tourism cooperation. Therefore, the study of the theoretic system of regional tourism cooperation is significant in theories and practice.
