Research On Legal Problems Of Food Safety Catering

Food is the basis material for the survival of each one of us, it is self-evident and theclose degree of human. Food safety or not will directly affect our health, quality of life andlife interest. In recent years, the frequent incidents of food safety in the whole world, foodsecurity situation is more serious, China is no exception. Serious impact on China’seconomic development, foreign trade and social harmony. The importance of food safetyand may become the hidden danger more by government and people’s attention. With theimprovement of people’s living standard, the accelerated pace of life, more and morepeople dine out. Food and beverage industry the tertiary industry as a service type,economic growth, jobs. But the food poisoning events in the catering industry shouldarouse our attention. After research showed that have already occurred, in food poisoning,food poisoning events because of food safety problem of catering industry itself leads tothe total number of about50%poisoning event. The last part of the catering industry in thewhole food chain, compared with other food industry, and the interests of consumers ismore closely related to, or are directly to consumers, so the issue of food security in thecatering industry supervision is to ensure the health of consumers and the most important,most can not be ignored "last checkpoint ". Comparative study and discusses normativemethod used in this paper. Based on China’s national conditions, combined with currentproblems and the present situation of legislation in China’s catering industry, at the sametime, the developed countries to absorb advanced experience in the supervision of foodsafety in China, put forward the conception of the legal regulation of the catering industryand some new exploration. In order to strengthen food safety supervision, our countryprovides some new exploration to improve the health level of management and safeguardthe people’s livelihood catering enterprises.
