Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Food Safety Supervision On Online Catering Service

In 2015,the government work report featured Internet plus for the first time and in 2019 it appeared smart+.From Internet+ to intelligence+,people's life style is constantly upgrading.In the era of Internet+,various business models based on Internet digital technology are changing people's basic necessities of life.The network catering service industry represented by Meituan.com and ele.me is developing rapidly.With the continuous improvement of emerging technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the depth and breadth of the online food service industry is increasing.Food safety is closely related to people's health.In recently years,food safety problems occur frequently.In 2018,it was exposed that a food delivery platform used poor quality food bags.In 2019,it was revealed that medical waste was resold and processed into disposable tableware.Both incidents have brought food safety regulation to the forefront,the problem of food safety is closely related to every Chinese.With the rapid development of network catering service industry,it influences the transformation of traditional catering and brings convenience to people's life.For the food safety supervision of online catering service industry,it differs from the traditional food safety supervision in the following aspects:Supervision objects are diversified and supervision links are increased;it involves the supervision of third-party platforms and distribution links;theopreator into network concealment strong,government departments are difficult to regulate,regulators enforce laws across geographic boundaries.For its unique characteristics,there are problems in the online catering industry,supervision department's legal system is not perfect,the effectiveness level is low,the legislation is unbalanced;the supervision department is not strong enough,inadequate offline supervision and low penalties;the third party platform has not standardized its own management and has not properly examined the operators,and lacked its own process supervision;lack of consumer protection measures,consumer supervision channels are not smooth,the credit evaluation feedback mechanism of the platform is not perfect;distribution personnel own health quality and distribution tools exist problems.The food safety problem of network catering service in China is still serious.This paper focuses on food safety supervision of network catering service,in view of China's network catering service industry food safety problems,put forward corresponding suggestions to the existing food safety supervision measures of network catering service,and constantly promote the improvement of supervision measures.
