Study Mode Grassroots Party Building Commercial Buildings

The building of grass-roots party organizations has always been an important task ofthe Communist Party of China, party constitution has clearly defined the standards ofgrassroots party organizations in basic units. With the changing of times and thedeepening of Reform and Opening, commercial buildings develop rapidly. Andbuilding economy becomes an important part of the socialist market economy. Thereare a lot of talented people in commercial buildings, many of them are members of theCommunist Party of China and many of them want to become members of theCommunist Party of China. The construction of grass-roots party organizations incommercial buildings has an important sense to organize and unite with buildingworkers, to expand the mass basis.Since the party-building in social sphere, the construction of grass-roots partyorganizations in commercial buildings in Beijing has made some achievements, theBeijing Municipal Committee of the CPC provides policy support. All districts workhard, and now there are some grass-roots party organizations in Beijing enjoy goodmomentum of growth. In this paper, we take the building of grass-roots partyorganizations in Ye Qing building as an example, to discuss the situation of theconstruction of grass-roots party organizations in commercial buildings in Beijing. Weshould affirm our achievements, and we also can not ignore the problems in theconstruction of grass-roots party organizations in commercial buildings. While thecause of these problems are in many ways, some because the organization ‘sdevelopment is lake of experience, and some because the impact of the externalenvironment. Facing these difficulties, on the one hand, we should raise awareness, onthe other hand, we should improve the grass-roots party organizations constructionmechanism, and finally, we should practice ourselves and let the work in grass-rootsparty organizations become scientific and standardized, and try to make grass-rootsparty organizations in commercial buildings play its role in the times development.
