Research On The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In Minority Areas In The New Age

Grass-roots Party organizations in ethnic areas play a crucial role in maintaining national unity,national stability,economic construction and so on,and are a strong fighting fortress to ensure the leadership of the Party and to improve the happiness and sense of acquisition of the people of ethnic minorities.Therefore,further strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in minority areas in the new era has a very important theoretical and practical value for consolidating the ruling position of the Party,ensuring and improving the people's livelihood.This paper taking The Xi Jinping's Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as theoretical basis and practical guidance,using literature research—empirical analysis—theoretical construction research ideas,applying multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis method,historical literature research method and social investigation research method,this paper studies the construction of grass-roots party organizations in D counties of Heilongjiang Province — typical representatives of ethnic minority areas in Northeast China.The first chapter analyzes and studies the theoretical basis of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in minority areas of China,focusing on Marx,Engels,Lenin and Communist party of China.The second chapter is based on the actual situation in D county of Heilongjiang province,combining with the research data to study the main measures and achievements of the construction of the grass-roots party organization in D county;the third chapter is based on The socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a new era,analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of grass-roots party organization in D county of Heilongjiang province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the construction of grass-roots party organization in minority areas.Through the research,this paper argues that in the new era to further strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas,it is necessary to take the political construction as the leading,and constantly strengthen the ideological construction of the party;take the economic construction as the central task,give full play to the party's leading position in economic construction;must always adhere to the implement the party's ethnic policy,constantly improve the ability of grass-roots party organizations in ethnic areas to govern,and ensure a solid organizational foundation for winning the battle against povertyand building a well-off society in an all-round way.
