Predicament And Countermeasure Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Fuzhou City

Comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is the basic policy and basic requirement of strengthening the Party's construction put forward by the Communist Party of China on the basis of years of experience in governing and new situations and problems in reforming,opening up and developing the socialist market economy.The construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas is an important part of our Party's grass-roots organization construction and the foundation of the Party's construction.How to strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas under the strict control of the Party is related to the stability of the Party's ruling foundation,completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the road of Rural Revitalization and the smooth realization of the Chinese dream.However,under the new situation,many rural grass-roots party organizations still have some dilemmas that need to be solved,so it is urgent to find appropriate solutions to these dilemmas.By visiting K village of Fuzhou city as a grass-roots front-line party worker,the author first analyzed the basic situation of the village's grass-roots party organization construction,sorted out some useful effective measures,such as grasping the key strong groups,grasping the mechanism and excellent procedures,and stressing the guarantee and re-evaluation;second,sorted out the difficulties faced by the village in terms of talent team,system construction,resource investment,Party building methods,etc.Thirdly,through expanding the investigation of the groups and individual cases,we can further analyze the causes of the universality of rural grass-roots party organizations,and explore effective countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the party building team,improving the organizational system,strengthening the input of resources,and improving the assessment methods.It is of positive significance to continuously strengthen the fighting power,cohesion and creativity of rural grass-roots Party organizations under strict Party governance in an all-round way and to fundamentally realize the Party's overall leadership over rural work.
