Practice Of The Democratic Party In Yan'an Thought And

Inner-party democracy is the life of Communist Party of China, the vigor source of the party and the inner power in keeping the party’s progressiveness. The Communist Party of China has pay great attention to the party’s democratic construction since the date of its birth.During the Yan’an period,the inner party construction had made great progressive, put forward a series of thought about inner-party democracy,inner-party construction,and formulate and implement a series of principles and systems about the democratic construction, then gradually formed a democratic and harmonious atmosphere within the party.Based on the Marxism party construction theory, this thesis expounds the theoretical foundation and historical background of inner-party democracy during Yan’an period, generalize the development and historical significance of inner-party democracy thought,analyze the problems and reasons in developing inner-party thought and summarize the experience and enlightenment of the inner-party construction which can be referenced.This thesis includes four parts.The first part is about theoretical foundation and historical background of inner-party democracy,which elaborates the related concept of inner-party democracy,the theory origin and international and domestic background of inner-party democracy thought during Yan’an period.The second part is about the development and historical significance of inner-party democracy thought during Yan’an period.This part summarize the development of democratic centralism thought,inner-party supervision thought,collective leadership thought and democratic decision-making thought. The third part is about the problems and reasons in the development of inner-party democracy construction. We should fully affirmed the achievements of inner-party democracy construction,but there are also many problems existing in the development of inner-party democracy.The reasons causing these problems include the feudal traditional’s deep impacts on the inner-party democracy and the influence of long-term revolutionary war environment and so on.The fourth part is about the enlightenment of inner-party democracy construction. Summarizing the development of inner-party democracy thought and analyzing the problems and reasons existing in inner-party democracy construction has important significance on current inner-party democracy construction.First,we must constantly promote the theory innovation about inner-party democracy.Besides,we have to improve the system of inner-party democracy.The third is that the inner-party democracy construction must adapt to era development trend.
