Firstly, thispaper reviews with a typical case, analysis the characteristics and performance of theInternet reputation infringement. Secondly, I focused on the constituent elements of theInternet reputation infringement and responsibility of the infringers. And then aftercombining with the existing law and judicial practice, I pointed out several problems. Onthis basis, I compared the legal regulation of the Internet reputation infringement of someother countries. Finally, the author made some suggestions for improvement.
