Based on Hannah Arendt "The Origins of Totalitarianism" of research and analysis, drawing on the book involves theoretical background, which combined with the author’s social background and cultural context of a comprehensive analysis, trying to study the structure of thought of Arendt’s concept of human rights, which enrich our theories about Hannah Arendt’s research and human research will also be helpful. In addition, from a practical level, according research the concept of human rights of Arendt, we can more fully understand Arendt’s theory of human rights role for the protection of human rights, awareness and understanding the magnificent meaning of the human rights of Arendt’s theory, and thus powerful manifestation of human freedom and rights, inspiring enthusiasm for citizens to participate in politics and has a very positive impact for the steady progress of China’s socialist democratic politics.This article divied into five parts. The first part is introductory and discusses the choice of the background and the significance of the relevant research in the synthesis and analysis on the basis of this document to the research ideas and methods. In section2, the analysis of Hannah Arendt wrote, of the social background of the times, on the one hand from the Western society of modern crises and neo-Nazi nationalism to elaborate, and an in-depth essay Hannah Arendt build its human rights, democracy, social background; in addition, in this section from Kant’s reflection, philosophy, Hyde, the existential philosophy, as well as human rights against totalitarian philosophy, and3in a detailed discussion on Hannah Arendt wrote, human rights theory of origin. Section5is the Conclusion section, for the human rights of the theory for summary, and for the future of the development and research of the vision.
