The Law of the Nongovernmental Chamber of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China should be the law of granting right and the law of autonomy. It can establish the autonomous position of the nongovernmental chamber of commerce, make clear the nature of the nongovernmental chamber of commerce, grant autonomous right to the nongovernmental chamber of commerce, draw the line of power between our state and the nongovernmental chamber of commerce and so on.
