Study Law Enforcement System Under The Harmonious Society

City comprehensive administration and law enforcement is a means for the government to implement management functions and also an inherent requirement to build a socialist harmonious society. With the arrival of the contemporary phenomenon of rapid urbanization and social transformation in China, the construction of a socialist harmonious society should focus on the construction of harmonious cities, and as the core of the construction of harmonious cities, the city comprehensive administration and law enforcement has a significant impact on the construction of the harmonious society. However, many discordant conditions have occurred in the current system of city comprehensive administration and law enforcement, which leads to many contradictions in the process of enforcing administrative laws and seriously impairs the credibility and legitimacy of the party and the government. Therefore, perfecting the city comprehensive administration and law enforcement system becomes an urgent issue to be solved in the construction of a harmonious society. In order to achieve this goal, we need to further improve the city administration and law enforcement and surveillance mechanism under the premise of insisting on the concepts of "harmony" and correct understanding and governance, innovate the mode of law enforcements, strengthen the self-construction of urban management teams, and at the same time on the basis of learning from foreign advanced urban management experiences, achieve the harmony of China’s city comprehensive administration and law enforcement.
