On Establishing Government Performance Evaluation System Of Ethnic Areas

In government performance evaluation index system construction, our country did a lot of positive exploration, has achieved many good results, the parts have passed the relevant measures for the management of government performance evaluation, but as a whole, the existing government performance evaluation index system can not adapt to the special case of ethnic minority areas, especially the lack of specific assessment indicators in national regions, it is restricting the development of government performance evaluation in ethnic minority areas and applications. Thus, the development of national regional government performance evaluation, the key is to create a set of effective and conform to the actual situation of evaluation index system in national regions.Use for reference the experience of today’s domestic and foreign government performance evaluation is presented in this paper, on the basis of the combination of special points in ethnic minority areas, puts forward a set of applicable to ethnic minority areas of "3+X" government perfonnance evaluation index system, one of the "3+X""3" general index, said national regions and the national regions is standardization, comparability,"X" said special indicator in national regions, can be more objective and true reflect the realities of the ethnic minority areas.The article is divided into six parts.
