Effects Microblogging Public Policy

The purpose of this article is to give suggestions to solve the negative impacts of Micro-blog in public policymaking process.With analyzing the process of public policymaking, in "establishment of the policy issues","policy agenda setting","planning of public policy "," public policy legalization" all four stages, the micro-blog could make positive effects to promote both the establishment of government efficiency and democratization of scientific public policy. However, the obstacles and non-rational of information, false information and information flooding, the lack of comprehensive oversight mechanisms would also play bad roles in policymaking process.The need of developing public policy increasingly requires citizens to participate in the consultation and interests of all parties, and may impacted by the interests parties, adding the policy environment of continuous development of globalization and socialization, Micro-blog gradually becomes a new platform for citizen network of political participation, democratic supervision and influence public policy making in the few years. How to play its characteristics in positive of having fewer restrictions, more simple language expression, unique mode of transmission, and more advanced technical support, will be the key of political participation subject to enhance the influence of the public policymaking, to make the government decision-making more scientific and democratic, to promote the exchange of the government and the people, and also to improve the relationship between the government and the people.
