| As a new thing of government public management, microblogging in politics isusing a whole new way to interpret the citizens’ right to know, the right to participateand the right to supervise. The supervision in the microblog renewed the languagesystem of public participation, solved the deficiency of Government InformationPublic and the imbalance of information resources during government and public insignificant measure. So the public has the means and methods to supervise thegovernment. In the successful cases of the supervision in the microblog efforts, weiboboom is coming in our society, and play an increasingly important role in recent years.Therefore, the study of microblogging in supervision has important significance tobuild a service-oriented government. But microblogging in supervision has itslimitation and is confronted with numerous dilemma, such as government responsehas its short plank, the irrational sentiments is serious, the public opinion of thesupervisor is limited and the discourse power is imbalance, etc.This article, based on defining the concept of the supervision in the microblogand combing the type of microblogging in supervision, taking the social heat incidentin Sina Weibo for example with an empirical analysis of the supervision in themicroblog, and combined with the Liu Tienan case and vendor Linwu incident in2013to explore the host of dilemma in the Weibo supervision, and analysis of theseproblems from the administrative and publicity dual perspective, such as theconsciousness of the supervision subject is not high, the poor management of thegovernment microblog, the supervision subject is unable to grasp the events and themicroblogging opinion leaders lack discipline. And on this basis, proposed thecountermeasures and suggestions for the trouble to solve the supervision in themicroblog, in order to achieve the good interaction between government and publicand develop supervisory function effectively. |
