Study On Measures For The Protection Intellectual Property In The Digital Image

Along with the development of science and technology, digital image based ondigital science and technology has gradually replaced the traditional film photos, walkedinto thousands of families. Due to the digital image don’t need film and photosensitivematerial, after shooting in digital form storage, can directly be copied, transferred to otherstorage tool. We can use technology measures to copy and spread at any time. Without thehelp of a certain technology, it is difficult to distinguish and to recognize differencebetween pictures after copy and before copy. As a result, intellectual property rightsdisputes appear constantly, so the intellectual property protection research of digital imagehas important practical significance and theoretical significance.This paper bases on digital image works, first of all,from the perspective of workcreation characteristics and spread application to study the intellectual property rightsprotection, combined with the field of the relevant basic theory of intellectual propertyprotection,briefly introduced the digital image and its relating to intellectual propertyprotection concept, Followed by the analysis of the current digital image intellectualproperty protection at home and abroad, and points out existing prominent problems of thedigital image works of intellectual property protection in the digital age background,analyzed the cause of the problem, and discuss the traditional intellectual property systemin the new digital communication platform of the challenges facing before in this paper.Finally, based on perfect system measures to protect the creations, analysis and discussesthe digital image to protect intellectual property rights from the "five need", and from thenecessity of strengthening self protection, judicial administration security, industryself-discipline supervision and take technology measures. This paper puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to establish and perfect the digital image of intellectualproperty protection.
