In recent years, with the rapid development of socialist market economy, thecontinuous deepening of enterprise reform, state-owned enterprises, as the nationaleconomy pillar, the reform of them has been like a raging fire. The reform of state-ownedenterprises has brought benefits to the enterprise. But, at the same time, it also laid thecorruption seeds for state-owned enterprise leaders. In recent years, the number ofstate-owned company corruption cases is increasing, and the involving amount is becomehuger, involved range is expanding, it has caused serious economic losses to state-ownedenterprises, and to some extent, it has hindered the further healthy development ofstate-owned enterprises. To state-owned enterprise’s anti-corruption work, from thestate-owned enterprise own supervision departments to the Party Central Committee, theState Council, national endowment appoint, all have attached great importance to it, butthe state-owned enterprise’s corruption cases still occur frequently, and even hasintensified the trend.Under the background of state-owned enterprises’ corruption growing and spreading,now this paper will construct "the incorrupt auditing check" system from the medicalhealthy ideas, design personalized "physical" scheme, determine the "examinationindicators "of normal value, establish "health warning" colored region, based on theanalysis of the incorrupt government risk status and characteristics. And on this basis, thispaper put forward "the health" management system construction to strengthen thecorruption alarm, so as to effectively prevent and control of state-owned enterprisesleaders’corruption.
