Concept of community correction of the procuratorial supervision is to guide theprocuratorial supervision system design and practice of community correction oftheoretical basis and the dominant values, is based on different theoretical basis and values,the community correction of procuratorial supervision contents, functions, features andpatterns make a different choice of self-awareness and the system design. In the face of thenew way of penalty execution of community correction, some procuratorial supervisionauthority in China also uphold the traditional concept of procuratorial supervision, toguide the procuratorial supervision practice of community correction work, resulting insome problems in the procuratorial supervision in the practice of community correction, asa new way of penalty of the procuratorial supervision authorities need to uphold theprocuratorial supervision and the new concept of community correction, change thetraditional concept of procuratorial supervision, fully USES the method of multivariateprocuratorial supervision means and guarantee in accordance with the law of communitycorrection, guide and promote the continuous improvement of the procuratorialsupervision system of community correction and development.Based on the domestic and foreign research present situation and the localprocuratorial supervision practice of community correction in our country, the paperdiscusses from the following several aspects: first, in this paper, the concept ofprocuratorial supervision of community correction is defined, points out that theprocuratorial supervision of community correction in the role of community correctionactivities, and on the function and characteristics of procuratorial supervision concept ofcommunity correction was further expounded. Second, community correction in Chinaprocuratorial supervision concept deviation, performance and reasons of the concept ofdeviation in the supervisor standard, excessive pursuit of rigid supervision,post-supervision, and power, right, and then puts forward the procuratorial supervision ofcommunity correction in China shall follow the ideals of synergy, flexible supervision idea,synchronous monitoring concept, the concept of human rights protection and supervision idea, and the need to uphold the idea of doing the further elaboration and demonstration.Finally, the article expounds the way of adhering to the concept of community correctionprocuratorial supervision and guarantee, respectively, including the concept of communitycorrection procuratorial supervision education and cultivation, to establish the concept ofprocuratorial supervision of community correction system guarantee mechanism andimprove and maintain a sound environment for adhering to the concept of communitycorrection procuratorial supervision.
