Study On The Procuratorial Supervision System Of Community Correction

At present,our community correction system has just started.There is no formal law to regulate community corrections.Procuratorial organs,as the legal supervisors of community corrections,play a very important role in the standardization of community corrections.This paper starts with the current situation and existing problems of the procuratorial supervision system of community correction,and on this basis,makes some discussions and Analysis on how to improve the system.First,it first introduces the basic content of the system of community correction procuratorial supervision in our country.It involves the concept analysis,characteristics and theoretical basis of the system,and also introduces the urgency of improving the system of community correction and procuratorial supervision in China.Second,summed up some of the legislative achievements,development experience and current implementation status of our country's community correction procuratorial supervision system,and then summed up the existing problems of the system,that is,the imperfect development of the current community correction supervision institutions and supervision methods directly led to the imperfect of our community correction procuratorial supervision system.For example,the legal provisions of the procuratorial organs how to exercise the right of community correction supervision are not specific and operable,the supervision institutions are more chaotic,the supervision objects and contents are not clear enough,the supervision mode is not perfect(including the ex post of the supervision mode,the lack of relevant supporting system,the imperfect working system),and the correction of the lack of rigidity of the illegal measures.Third,on the basis of studying the problems existing in the procuratorial supervision of community correction in our country,some concrete measures are put forward to improve the procuratorial supervision system of community correction in our country.For example,we should improve the legal system of the procuratorial supervision of community correction,perfect the specific supervision institutions,perfect the supporting work mechanism(including perfecting the working mode and strengthening the realization mechanism of the supervision effect),and improve the service level and responsibility consciousness of the procuratorial and supervisory personnel of the community correction.I hope that through these measures,we can gradually improve the procuratorial supervision system of community correction,and strengthen the effect of procuratorial supervision.The so-called each one according to his lights.The above several aspects are the practical difficulties and problems that I have summed up in the practice of community correction procuratorial supervision system.In addition,there are some imperfect ideas that are not very mature.Although the above methods can not fundamentally solve the problems such as the system,but through the above analysis of the system,we can do as much as possible to improve and improve the system as far as possible,so as to promote the thorough and smooth development of the procuratorial supervision work of community correction,so that the procuratorial supervision can really play a practical effect.
