Afterdeveloping for more than ten years, network literature has became from the edge of theoriginal literature into an important part of literature and the literary websites also haschanged from the non-profit website gradually into a for-profit, providing the developmentplatform for the writers and readers.This thesis is mainly about the Copyright of Chinese Original Cyber Literature. Networkliterature is a branch of digital publishing, and publishing also involves the copyright issues.The research plays a significant role in the publication’s copyright problem. Digital copyrightcompares with traditional copyright, whether in management or operation, it needs newtechnology and ideas to support. The network literature goes into a period of industrialization,at this time, the production and the sales copyright became the main economic source ofliterature websites. But in the process of the development of copyright trade, the copyrightdilemma is real, if you want to solve this dilemma, apart from the basic concept, such assolving technical, legal, ideological, economic issues, you must have the strategic vision ofthe new era of cooperation. So this research based on thenetwork literature copyright issues, to study the current situation and problems existed of thedigital copyright and provide the solutions.The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is introduction; it mainlyintroduces the paper’s research background, research significance, summarizing the domesticand foreign literature research, and put forward the research methods and innovation of this article. The second chapter summarizes the original network literature in China as well as thedevelopment of the original network literature website; highlight their characteristics in everystage. At the same time, this chapter describes the network literature copyright, including thecharacteristics of network literature copyright and copyright trade. The third chapter mainlyintroduces the dilemma of Chinese original network literature copyright. It not only analyzesthe concrete case of the infringements of network literature, but also analyzes the causes ofthe copyright dilemma, conducting a comprehensive in-depth analysis with specific cases’copyright dilemma from the angle of technology, law, culture. The key point of the fourthchapter is the good solutions to solve the dilemma, especially putting forward the technologyand the law on copyright protection measures, and it points out that the copyright dilemmashould start from the popularity of cultural values of copyright. On the basis of predecessors’research, it also put forward to optimize industry chain and to share the network copyright inthe whole net stage.
