Countermeasures Of Digital Publishing In China Copyright Protection Research

In recent years with the rapid development of Internet Technology, digital publishing in China has soared dramatically. Therefore the scale of digital publishing products has increased significantly and the proportion of digital publishing income in the whole publishing industry has also increased year by year. However, due to the characteristics of digital works such as extensive creator, arbitrary creation, rapid dissemination, easy to copy and infringement, and weak awareness of copyright protection,the infringement of digital works is growing rapidly at the same time,which becomes a haze over the publishing industry and restricts the healthy development of digital content industry greatly.On the basis of a large amount of material reading, this paper firstly combs the current situation of copyright protection of digital publishing in China in order to find out the key factors restricting this industry and then analyze the reasons. Secondly and separately from the judicial level, technology level and operation level, this paper studies the domestic research progress and foreign experience in these areas. Thirdly this paper draws forth the direction of digital publishing copyright protection by using the theories of government regulation and external economic.Finally, the author brings forward six countermeasures and suggestions regarding to these problems, including comprehensive legal protection from legislation to judicature level, strengthening collective organization management mode, enhancing the digital copyright protection technology, innovating the business operation mode,constructing external and internal environment of the digital publication industry,strengthening the legal publicity.
