"human rights" was produced in the west at first, China’s human rights has graduallydeveloped in modern times. However, tracking Chinese history, the traditional culturemainly composed by Confucian, so the people-rooted was the main form of humanrights, what’s more the thoughts and ideas is very rich, such as the kindness thoughts ofConfucian, the "Wu Wei"idea of Taoism, the universal love and fighting against offensivethoughts of Mohist. These ideas have a huge impact on Chinese thousands of life andvalues. Due to the uniqueness of the national history and culture,the human rightsthought in Chinese traditional culture is bound to have its own characters, at the sametime because of the limitation of historical era, it is bond to have its own limitation. Afterlooking at the problem of dialectical, we’ll analyze its value to the contemporary societyrationally.
