A “Baidu spring migrations map” produced during the Spring Festival and“two sessions big data” tell people that, a large-scale production, sharing and applicationdata era is opening, and to reach every corner of our lives.Network privacy has been a problem for long time. The individual informationprocessing mode changed a lot on the age of big data, aggravated network privacy tort issues.With increasing public awareness of privacy, information security problems caused a greatdeal of attention and discussion. At present, no specific privacy laws and regulations to definethe network privacy, multi-use when dealing with issues related to other relevant laws andregulations to explain. Legislation is far behind the actual development. Therefore, combinethe advanced foreign experience with China’s national conditions, it is imperative to improveour personal information protection system. This paper aims to combine the new changes,new features and new situations of privacy security problems on the era of big data. To makeclear the importance of this issue, the reason for this sort of problems, characteristics andmethods of infringement, the dilemma between the users’ data privacy protection and thedevelopment on the age of big data. On the face of the age of big data of our network privacyprotection system, puts forward the feasible proposal.
