| Abstract:The Modern Chinese Lawyer System is a product of Western Learning, gradually established legal process of modernization in China.Modern Chinese Lawyer System Reaching Reform amendment of law wave of germination, during the reign of the formal establishment of the Government of Northern to the Late Republic stereotypes, gradually becoming very efficient, some of the specific institutional showed some progress. The Late Republic Tianjin lawyer industry has made great progress, and in the more the number of lawyers, the team management more standardized, high practice standards, underlines its role in judicial practice.
