In recent years, along with China’s rapid development of all areas of society,social life took a big change, but the associated civil litigation system is still stuck inthe original legislation period, failed to advance with the times, resulting in the civilservice judicial practice had some problems, and these problems are affecting thepowers of the Court of the effective implementation of the civil service, affecting thesmooth progress of the trial court.
