Since entering the new century, mankind has completed the historic transition from traditional industrial era to information era. The continuous development of information technology and network technology brought greatly convenient for network transmission of information. Hence, the life of people entered the new era of information and network. The emergence and popularization of Internet has greatly enriched people’s material and spiritual life, and promoted the comprehensive development of economic, social and cultural. Network not only serve the realistic society with its new and high technology, but also create a network society which is associated with real society and give rise to an unprecedented mode of transmitting work,owing to net’s distinguishing features of virtuality, openness, interactivity, paperless and informatization, etc.Therefor,Copyrights production has become an urgent problem to be solved under the Internet environment. We must study the research object in order to protect copyright. First of all, we should analyze what is network work, then find out the difference between network works and traditional works, including generating mode and transmission mode. We then analyze same new features of copyright under the condition of network and then make a list. At last, make a brief summary and put forward our own suggestions.
