The Research On Party’s Ideological Construction Of The Army In The New Era

The PLA is the people’s army under the leadership of the Communist Party. It has the typical nature of the proletariat; adhere to the purpose of serving the people heart and soul. Our army under the leadership of the Communist Party has gone through more than80years. In the new era, the situation of the world, the country, the party and the military has been undergoing profound changes. These realities to the army party’s ideological work bring new tasks and challenges. In order to adapt to new situations and complete the new task, the PLA must explore ways to strengthen and improve the Party’s ideological construction of the army under the guidance of Marxism.The paper uses empirical method. Taking the data which are collected by surveying as the studying basis, we objectively and truly reflect Shenyang Military Region forces the party’s ideological status quo. Based on actual surveying data, the paper first explained the meaning and content, status and role, functions and historical development of the basic theoretical issues of the army the party’s ideological. Secondly, based on the data, we can draw some conclusions, which the theoretical level of party members is low, part of the party members the ideal belief landslide, ideological and theoretical building is too vague, party work is a mere formality and the effectiveness of ideological construction is lack, are the main problems in the current armed forces the party’s ideological. The data obtains that profound changes in the environment at home and abroad, the lack of the degree of attention to the ideological construction, the deficiency of relevant institutional mechanisms, not enough in-depth theory of armed, and the uneven party work teams are the major cause of problems in he ideological construction. Finally, for the problems and the reasons, we propose some countermeasures, which increasing the military party’s ideological intensity, enriching ideological construction of the content, improving army party’s ideological construction of long-term mechanism, exploring new ways of army party’s ideological, strengthening and improving the other construction of army’s party, in order to provide useful lessons for our Party’s Ideological Construction of the Army.
