System Of Forensic Management In Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of science and technology, there is a high possibility of judicial activity services, which more count on means of science and technology. The responsibility of judicial expertise in maintaining stability, promoting harmony, and keeping the development of economical society is heavier and heavier, the demand of work is higher and higher as well.At present, our current reform of the judicial expertise system has not been in place, and the working environment of judicial expertise still needs improving. With the joint efforts of judicial administration in Jiangsu province, judicial expertise institutions have been developing steadily, whose independence and justice are getting strengthened. The standardization and quality are improving, so are the credibility and social image. However, the work of judicial expertise is still in the stage of construction and development on the whole. The construction of judicial expertise institutions and the quality of judicial appraisers still require improving, so are the management level and ability of the judicial administrative organs. Therefore, we should further understand the situation, seize the opportunities, ride and tide, and further create a new situation of judicial expertise.In the view point of the public management, this article analyzes the situation of the judicial appraisal management in jiangsu province by looking up a large amount of literatures, conducting investigations, analyzing statistics,and combining the experience of grassroots judicial appraisal management. It also puts forward the existing problems of the judicial appraisal management in jiangsu province. On basis of the advanced experience at home and abroad along with the relative theories of public management, this article raises some measures of constructing unified management system, setting up a supervising system of whole aspects, and improving the internal quality management system from the reality of Jiangsu province.
