Strengthening The Role Of Research In The New Generation Of Migrant Workers The Communist Youth League Of Ideological And Political Education

With the fast speed of modernization, a new generation of migrant workers comes out. By comparison with the first generation of migrant workers, they receive higher education, they are more like citizens, they have more sense on protecting their rights and so on. At the meantime, the high living costs in cities, complex household registration system and the lack of social security system are all the factors which prevent the migrant workers becoming a member of a city, so their psychological problems are more and more. The Youth League is a group organization, representing the outstanding youth. It’s the organization’s responsibility to help solving the psychological problems and properly educate them for these groups’ development.This essay takes the new generation of migrant workers in Xiqing District for an example and does an survey about their thinking characters and the influence of Youth League in order to probe in to the current situation of Youth League in this aspect, including the positive influence and the problems. By analyzing the things mentioned above, this essay put forward to some suggestions or advice on strengthen the positive influence of Youth League in educating the migrant workers ideologically and politically systematically.
