The protection of the rural left-behind children’s education has not only been the focus of recent theoretical circles but also focus of attention by the CCP and government.With the concept of fair education and "people-oriented" more and more thorough popular, it is particularly important to do research on the rural left-behind children’s education from the perspective of Chinese human rights.The article analyzed the current situation of the rural left-behind children’s education, with literature analysis and system analysis, combination method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. It analyzed the inadequate protection of equal educational opportunities for rural children left behind, the insufficient rights of equal access to education resources, the lack of respect for the value and personal dignity of the children left behind in rural areas. On the basis of the analysis, the author summed up the main reasons for the right to education of rural children left behind, which includes the absence of the protection of the rural left-behind children’s human rights, the lack of social humanitarian concern, the dereliction of duty of school and family education lacks cultural atmosphere.Based on the socialist human rights dimensions with Chinese characteristics, the author put forward practical solutions strategies by analyzing a variety of reasons. The government should fulfill its functions to gradually make the government management system more humanized by reinforcing the awareness of the human rights of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also necessary to according to the law ensure the primary human rights of children left behind according to the law. For the society, it is necessary to increase the humane care and support, to upgrade the whole society’s awareness of human rights, increase the humanitarian concern of all sectors of society, to promote a new culture of human rights education in the rural community. As for the school, it should earnestly fulfill the duties of human rights education, and strengthen the characteristics of human rights education for rural children left behind while strengthening the awareness of socialism human rights education with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, it is necessary to ensure the management and operation of the school system is able to meet the requirements of human rights in China. Family education needs to be human, so parents should increase care for children left behind, and the other guardians should also effectively protect the rural left-behind children’s education rights. The problem of left-behind children’s education can’t be solved properly without the close cooperation of government, society, school and family.
