The reform of state-owned enterprises is a conscience for stones to cross the river course, and a combination of the push of the central and practice of local. At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises has achieved initial results; however, there are still many problems to be solved through further reform. In the process of development and change of social politics, economy, culture, youth is the undisputed pioneer. Reform and opening up promotes the blending and collision of culture, ideology between Chinese and Western and broadens the view of Chinese youth in state-owned enterprises. It also makes them understand and value judgment of the life in a more rich and complex way. The youth of State-owned enterprises is the participants of socialist cause and practitioner of enterprise reform. Studying on the value of youth in state-owned enterprises, immerging the socialist core values into the process of the constructing and improvement of enterprise system and corporation culture would be of significance in guiding the rational construction of youth value and giving full play to the role of youth in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, thereby would impel China’s reform and opening up and economic construction go smoothly.The thesis mainly includes:Firstly, Study on the changes of youth values during the recent thirty years since the reform and opening up. Secondly, study on the development and change of state-owned enterprise youth values and its enlightenment. With the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in the historical stage as the basic context, this thesis conducts a research on development changes and the reasons of contemporary youth values of state-owned enterprises, and on the important influence of specific analysis of the market economic system reform, the reform of state-owned enterprises, vigorously the introduction of foreign capital, joint venture and globalization of state-owned enterprises on the values of youth. Thus it finds out beneficial enlightenment about rational construction enterprise youth values of globalization, networking, value diversity under the background of new era and the guidance of education. Thirdly, study on the characteristics of contemporary youth values of state-owned enterprises. Facing the new stage of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the new situation, the state-owned enterprise youth values also presented the new characteristics and performance. Meanwhile, the trend of interaction between the state-owned enterprise youth mainstream values and social leading values will be more obvious.Through the analysis and study of the changes of youth values in state-owned enterprise, the thesis draws the conclusion that the development of state-owned enterprises should take the socialist core values as the theme in the present stage and should regard the enterprise system and cultural construction as the carrier, Pay attention to the construction of values of young workers, Vigorously carry forward the main melody, so that we can make the youth put their full enthusiasm into the construction of enterprise.Through reading related books, reading a lot of literature during the process of writing, and on the basis of the existing theory and research on the youth value, this paper describes the changes of youth values during the recent thirty years since the reform and opening up by the usage of history of literature retrieval, literature citation method. It also discusses the characteristics and influence factor of change of the youth values in state-owned enterprise by applying the Statistical analysis, correlation analysis. As a youth with my own practice experience of workers in the state-owned enterprises, this thesis understands and explores the situation of young workers’values in the state-owned enterprise by surveys. Besides, it gets the enlightenment from the changes in the values of youth in state-owned enterprises, and conducts the prediction on the future trend of the youth values in state-owned enterprises.
