And public security traffic management departments are responsible for it because they are close to people.With the development of the economy, traffic situations become important in the subject of social management. A great number of people are also interested in this topic. So, it demands that the public security traffic managements should regard the innovation as the important part of their work.In the thesis, the author researches the road situations in Fuzhou. Then, the thesis further analyses the problems that exists in the traffic management and the reasons why these problems occur.
