Realistic Dificulties And Routing Selection In The Construction Of Harmonious Relatonship Between The Police And The Citizenility

Constructing harmonious relationship between the police and the citizen is not only the fundamental demand of the CPP’s essential principles, the basici solution to keep the stability of our society but also an important component of the construction of a harmonious socialist society. In recent years, Chinesepublicsecurity bureau and all the police always adhere that the police is built for serving people and the law is made for the interests of people and to the the guiding principle of combing specialized work with mass line so as to intensify and promote the mass work and put great effort in imporving the police-citizen relationship by doing which the police has won the understanding, support and acknowledgement of the public, promoted the complement of the guarding work and effectively displayed the good image of the public security bureau and the police. However, some unharmonious factors still exist in such a developing process which not only harm the social development and construction of the harmonious socialist society but also the steability of the whole society. In order to get rid of those unharmonious factors, we must realize difficulties in the construction of harmonious police-citizen relationship, be guided by the right world view and mehodology on which base we exlpore the effective methods on the basis of our work practices.In this thesis, we make the construction of harmonious police-citizen relationship as the research object. Integarting the developing history of the police-citizen relationship both abroad and at home, we have analyzed the reasons having bad effects in the police-citizen relationship and exlpored the routing selection in the construction of the relationship to promote the development of it. We also have made great use of theories in politics, management and sociology to scientifically define the meaning and basic characteristics of the harmonious relationship between the police and the citizen by making use of literature survey, comparative analysis and so on and to analyze those problems and reasons affecting the harmonious development of the relationship. Furthermore, we have deeply discussed measures in constructing such a harmonious relationship which can be named as to set up a good image of the public security bureau, to promote the construction of the public relationship, to establish a harmonious atmosphere for public opinion.
