The Contemporary Value Of The Traditional Chinese Political Culture

This article is based on China’s basic national conditions at the present stage, began with the illustration of the generation of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture, focused on the analysis of its basic concepts and properties, and aimed to explore the value of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture in contemporary. The mainly structure of the article was composed of three parts. The first part began with the introduction of the concept of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture, and briefly discussed the basis of its generation mainly from natural, political and economic aspects. Then we summed up its historical causes of the formation and development. In the second part, we analyzed and deeply discussed the pros and cons of the property that the Traditional Chinese Political Culture had. As a unique cultural structure, its impact on social history demonstration should be both promoting and hindering. Therefore, we explored the procedure from both positivity and negativity. In the last part, we grasped the meaning of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture by the dual criticism of theory and practice with the background of the contemporary China’s situation, excavated its irreplaceable value in the historical process of contemporary Chinese society as well as its enormous role in promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and finally achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, etc., thus analyzed and criticized the value of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture to the contemporary China. In summary, we got a preliminary summary of the value of the Traditional Chinese Political Culture to the contemporary China, which can be used as a blueprint for a better practice of building a new socialist China.
