Research On Government Surveilance Incidents Of Network Public Opinion

Along with our country Internet swift and violent development, public participation, supervision of the hitherto unknown enthusiasm is rising, a variety of unexpected group events induced by the network public opinion to the government, the society has brought enormous pressure, but also to the emergent group incident disposal has brought tremendous impact, but also on the national economy, the government, such as the people’s livelihood all aspects of construction and management has brought huge impact. This paper first briefly introduces the emergent group incident, the definition and characteristics of network public opinion in China, the related concept and the characteristic of network public opinion situation as well as the sudden mass incidents in China under the network public opinion situation, etc.. Mainly from the network public opinions and unexpected group events between the relation sets out, introduced the emergent group incident erupted and the network public opinion formation, through the network of public opinion formation process analysis to the network public opinion on the emergent group incident disposal of both positive and negative effects, to explore the emergent group incident under the network public opinion formation and propagation process existing problems and their reasons.
