The mass line is the basic route of the Party’s all work. It is not only the correct attitude for Party’s work, but also the scientific method for Party leading people and uniting with the masses. Whether Party members and cadres believe in Max’s view of the masses and insist correct method in practice work is relating to consolidating the ruling status of the party, development of national industry and the people’s fundamental interests. Strengthening Party members and cadres’ education of mass line can make them establishing correct mass viewpoint, and remembering the purpose of putting one’s heart and soul for severing people. Only in this way, Party members and cadres can keep connection with people and rely on people in work. And only in this way, they can stand the test during the way of reform and opening up and socialist construction China, and realize the fundamental interests of the people. And it tries to give tentative suggestions to mass line education from main idea、 principle and basic method.Empirical studies show that part of Party members and cadres do not doing well under new situation. In respect of Ideological and Political Quality, the problem is fully showed in the way of lack of faith, loose discipline, lack of study and unenlightened thoughts. One can feel formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism when they are in work. And in the respect of Party character, they are Lack of capacity, isolated from the people and corrupt. All the problem show above can be solved by strengthening the mass line Education of party members and cadres.To enhance the effectiveness of mass line education, it is necessary to improve the content of mass line, such as the education of "all for people and all depend on people","from the people, to the people". During the education, Party must follow the principle of party spirit, model principle and principle of emotion. And the education must combine with the characteristics of the times, use the way of persuasion, infiltration, personality and education.
