Study On The Cultural Environment For Ideological And Political Education

Under the background of economic globalization and cultural diversity, culturalenvironment’s connotation and extension is becoming more and more wide and open. Positiveand healthy cultural environment promotes to improve the formation and development of theideological and moral qualities of the people. So in the perspective of cultural environment, todiscuss the impact of cultural environment on ideological and political education and to studyhow ideological and political education acts in the cultural environment not only can help usconduct ideological and political education activities, but also can promote the ideologicaland moral qualities. In this paper, based on the existed research in academia, closelyconnecting with the current situation of cultural environment in China, the culturalenvironment for ideological and political education will be discussed from the following fiveaspects:The first part is an introduction. In this part, the reasons and research significance of thepaper are discussed depending on reading and studying lots of literature, meanwhile spirits ofrelationship between moral education and cultural environment is presented and inductive,which in ancient and modern Chinese and foreign. Then the paper suggests the researchmethods and innovation points.In the perspective of the elements of the cultural environment for ideological andpolitical education, the second part mainly analyses the basic connotation, characteristics andfunctions on the basis of understanding the connotation of environment and culturalenvironment. At the same time, this part puts forward to the theory basis for optimizing thecultural environment for ideological and political education, and also introduces what is thecultural environment for ideological and political education on the whole.The third part discusses the opportunities and challenges that ideological and politicaleducation face in current cultural environment. In the perspective of the economic, political,cultural and information network factors, the opportunities and challenges that ideological andpolitical education face in current cultural environment are analyzed, that provides a referencevalue to measures of optimization of cultural environment for the ideological and political education. This makes those measures become more targeted.The fourth part tells the principles and methods of optimizing the cultural environmentfor ideological and political education. In this part, facing on the problems and challenges, theprinciples which cultural environment for the ideological and political education should abideby and methods which it should be optimized are put forward. It provides a strong support forresearch of the cultural environment.The fifth part discusses how to optimize the cultural environment for ideological andpolitical education. From the constituent elements of the cultural environment for ideologicaland political education, the optimizing measures on the ideational, material and institutionalcultural environment are suggested. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward to building a healthynetwork cultural environment in order to adapt the development of information technologyera. The purpose of this part is to guarantee the smooth implementation of educationalactivities and to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
