Provincial Charity Association (total) Will Explore Project Operation And Management

Compared with western countries, though philanthropy in China starts late and has a short development history, our country’s philanthropy has entered a rapid development stage with the development of society and economy since entering the new century. Represented by charitable association, the charity organizations have sprung up. By2008, China’s31provincial charity association (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) have established. With the development of charity organizations, charity projects, as the core content of charity organizations, have made constant progress and improvement on the operation and management of charity projects and presented new characteristics. At the same time, there still exist many problems and difficulties in the operation and management of charity projects, which affect the further specialization of scientific development of charity organizations. Therefore, studying the operation and management of provincial charity association’s charity projects has important theoretical and realistic meaning for the development of current provincial charity associations.This paper takes31provincial charity association as the research object and studies the operation and management of charity association’s charity project at the provincial level in China through data analysis, experience summary and other research methods, and combing the information and knowledge mastered by the author working as an intern in provincial charity association. First of all, the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and basic concepts of this paper are analyzed. Secondly, the current operation and management situation of provincial charity association’s charity project are analyzed from the content of the charity project, operation was, information disclosure, the effect of project etc. Then, combing the author’s own participation of operation and management process in "CiAnQiao" charity project, problems existing in the field of fund-raising, service, supervision mechanism and professional,etc. are analyzed. Finally, aiming at these problems, some countermeasures and suggestions to the future operation and management of provincial charity association’s charity project are put forward, looking forward to the further and professional development of our provincial charity association’s philanthropy.
