Research On The Generation Of Cultural Man From The Perspective Of Marx’s Human Theory

Human Theory is an important part of the system of Marxist philosophy, the exploration of issues related to human development is also the focus and core of Marx’s philosophy. Based on the combination with the reality of society and it’s condition of development, Marx made a profound reflection and criticism on the traditional human theory, at the same time outlined the trend for the future of human science. The human theory system which he advocated and created is new one which is different and beyond the past human science"about real people and science of their historical development", The three basic aspects of Marx’s human theory all have rich cultural connotation without exception, and all point to the especially value of cultural development as the ultimate goal. Human is the existence of culture, also the generation of human essence is inseparable without the support and shaping of culture. Cultural man on the philosophical sense should pursue themselves to meet the social development needs of the future. To get rid of the situation that we depend on things and extract resources, to walk in the cultural world, we should update the existing culture and create a new culture world. In the process of transforming the world, people itself is constantly generated, from natural man to social man, and then, cultural man, who in the process of self-generated innovation, beyond the human nature and the social one-sidedness, and then full possession of their own nature, ultimately become such an ideal state as free and all-round developed. People will never be able to completely get rid of its nature,but the more cultural he is, the closer he is with his true essence. The mission of human is to walk into culture, to generate to become cultural man.This thesis consists of four parts, the main content and basic viewpoints are as follows:Part I:Marx’s human theory and it’s cultural purport. This part introduces the basic content of Marx’s human theory, on the base of it, culture and its human provisions are discussed, at the same time, the cultural purport of Marx’s human thought is re-emphasized and demonstrated.In this part, there are also three sections:firstly, the three layers of Marx’s human theory--man’s existence, essence and development; secondly, human provisions of culture are related to the humanized nature--culture, it is the base for the existence of human beings.Lastly, Marx’s human theory ultimately points to culture as the goal of man’s development.Part II:The content and features of cultural man.This part gives the definition of cultural man in detail, points out the four characteristics of cultural man--general nature, freedom nature, creativity nature and transcendence nature. In this part, it describes the appearance and the meaning vicissitude of cultural man concept, include of the concept in philosophical sense and how man from natural man to social man then to cultural man.Part III:Absence of culture and the dilemma of modern social man. This part focuses on the analysis of the problems of modern social man in development, points the view that the absence of culture is the fundamental cause of the plight of modern social man. Because of the possession of natural world, meeting the need of human survival has led to the alienation of man. And only if the cultural self-consciousness can help us to step out of this dilemma. Therefore, on the base of reflection and criticism, we walk to the world of natural human where human beings can get harmonious and free space.Part IV:The realistic path of the generation of cultural man and it’s prospect. To take the research of natural human into account of the perspective of Marx’s human theory, through the analysis of the realistic conditions for cultural man’s generation and the context of cultural man, we try to find the cultural development generated by culture of carding, trying to find the realistic path for the generation to cultural man, Besides of the all-side education and the transition of communication means, the cultural self-consciousness of all the nation is also imperative, urgent. Therefore,in this part, the formation of cultural man’s world and the generation path of cultural man are been discussed in detail, finally concluded that cultural man establish harmony with nature, and go forward constantly in social development, also is development of true freedom beyond the natural man.The human which Marx referred is no longer abstract and absolute incarnation of a spirit or a genus exists but concrete, historical and real existence; human essence has also been planted on the basis of social practice; the value and significance of human are mentioned first, the overall development and freedom of human became the ultimate goal of all theory and practice. Realization of everyone’s freedom and liberation, is the highest ideal of Marx, Engels and all of their followers, is the ultimate goal about being existence, the free and comprehensive development of man is the anthropology and destination of Marx’s human theory. People’s cultural self-consciousness has shown us the realistic conditions to solve the plight of the modern society, and under the context of the generation of cultural man, the reality of the theory may draw us the blueprint of human development and the tend to freedom. Cultural man’s world which is active, conscious, creative will be presented in the future, walking toward the world of culture step by step is beyond the self sublimation, is to achieve the breakthrough of historical mission, more is to question the freedom and liberation of life of its value. The generation of cultural man will be truly realized the detached state only if in the free dimension. When we attempt to explore the ideal kingdom of the future--the free world with cultural man’s image, we look back on the course of human development, we can still perceive that cultural man is increasingly generating, the world in which cultural man are generated seems not far away in the future within reach.
