Youth, the hope and future of our party and country,who is the object a variety of forces for. The one who care about training and bringing up of youth, has possession of the hope and future. On the contrary, lost the youth means lost power, and that is the reason causes perish. Then Lenin, the great revolutionary teacher,always paid great attention to the cultivation of the youth all his life, especially the learning and education problems of the youth. The thought of Lenin on the growth and development of youth is rich and full, which not only points out the about the development of youth, but also has a comprehensive system about the learning and education of youth.The thought of Lenin which has great theoretical value and practical significance to the contemporary youth,enriched and developed Marx’s theory of youth.In this paper, we study the thought of Lenin about the growing and development of youth, and we also focus on the position and role of the youth in social history. In this paper,the logical starting point is learning,which is the inner requirement for the youth,and the the logic intermediary is the path about the development of youth, then the the logical end point is talent,which the youth pursues to be. This paper thoroughly discuss the classic thought of Lenin about the learning education and to be talent of youth,specially this paper researches on the basic theory on the thought of Lenin about the development of youth scientifically objectively and deeply. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part: the analysis on the necessity of the development of youth,which is necessary and important. This part explains the necessity and importance of the development of youth based on the objective point of view.On the one hand, this part explains the necessity of the development of youth from two points of view, which are "cause of revolutin" and "the development of society"; On the other hand, this part points out these views that the future belongs to the youth, the youth has great effect on the result of the whole struggle and they willing to follow the revolutionary,these view reflect great importance of the development of youth.This chapter is the starting point of this paper,which establishes the keynote of the whole paper.The second part: learning which is the internal demand about the development of the youth. This part focuses on the inherent requirement for the development of youth, and emphasize that the youth have to strengthen their own learning in order to grow up smoothly. This part points out the importance of reinforcing learning, and the point of this part is that learning is the task for the youth; then this part emphatically discusses the learning content of the development of youth,the learning attitude and the learning methods.besides,this part also points out that the youth should learn not only cultural knowledge, but technology, and they need to combine the learning with the business during the process of studying. In this paper, this part is essential, which plays an important role.The third part: education,the external way for the development of youth.This part discuss the external way for the development of youth on the basis of the previous chapter. Admittedly, the growth of the youth needs conscious learning, but education from others is also essential. These arguments, the content of education for the youth,the principles and the means will be discussed in this part,which is the difficult one in this paper.The fourth part: to be talent,which is the youth persue.This part explains the final destination for the development of youth based on the second and third part. The reason why the youth should strength conscious learning and accept the education from others is to be talent,who can contribute their own effort to the revolution and construction of socialist.The main points in this part are the quality requirements for the young talent, the needed social condition and the value for the young talent,and this part is also the logical end point of this whole paper..
