As we all know, the Internet is characterized by fast, convenient and efficient, so online shopping as a new consumption patterns by many consumers, particularly favored by the younger generation of consumer groups. Indeed for the majority of the main consumer Internet and provides network operators the main consumer of this vast online trading platform. However, due to the influence of many factors, network transactions there own shortcomings and deficiencies, the main consumer can not be the main business face to face business communication, not directly exposed to what you want to buy goods, so that may cause network consumption of the main the right would be infringed by operators. Meanwhile, China’s consumer protection laws and regulations related to market access and regulatory aspects, there are some flaws, which makes this new consumption pattern of the consumer’s right to know the subject poses a severe challenge. The right to information as a fundamental right of the main consumer, the consumer’s right to know the network protection is also conducive to promoting China’s market economy healthy and orderly development.Based on the situation of network transactions against the main consumer’s right to know will be summarized and consumer protection through my detailed analysis of the problems, the main purpose is to understand the consumer’s right to know against the network fundamental reasons for the current situation and its causes, and the defects of the current legislation to protect consumers ’right to know the existence of network transactions, the administrative law enforcement defects, defect analysis judicial exposition presented in the substantive law and procedural law might solve network transactions consumers’ right to know infringement of specific legal measures and suggestions.
