When we purchase and use of goods or services must first determine the real information, can decide whether to buy such a commodity or service, as a result, consumers get information of products and services is important. At present, with the rapid development of network technology, the network trade is more and more tend to generalization, the problem of the protection of the consumers’ right to know in network transaction is becoming more and more cause the attention of people, the right to know of consumer as a civil right is of great significance for protecting the legal rights and interests of consumers.Compared with the traditional way to trade, trade network because of its characteristics of virtual, digitalization and globalization, it provides a wide variety, affordable products for consumers in the at the same time, also put forward a series of problems such as protecting the legal rights and interests of consumers, these problems mainly displays in false advertising, consumer information asymmetry between the commodity producer or service provider and the exchange, return difficult, not guaranteed after-sales service, etc.This paper based on the network transaction, definition of network consumers, consumers’ right to know, to analyze the network transactions consumers’ right to know the law to protect existing problems and causes, draw the advanced experience of developed countries to protect consumers’ right to know, and about the actual status of the protection of the rights and interests of consumers, in order to establish a sound legal system for protection of consumers’ right to know in our country.
