On The Status Of Ethnic Regional Public Cultural Service Management Research

With the progress of time, maturing of China’s cultural system reform, more attention to the development and management of public culture. Public cultural development to meet the growing cultural needs, must emerge, followed by development of the times. Current information technology as the representative of the technological advances in cultural infrastructure, content production and dissemination channels, business model, consumption patterns and other public cultural service system to produce a revolutionary impact, greatly enriched the public cultural products content and form, for the development of public cultural service system to provide a strong technical support, but it also brings challenges. In the process of building our public cultural services, the government’s main responsibility as a major, government-led public cultural services still exist, such as poor infrastructure of public cultural services, the total resources too few public cultural services, quality, and public culture services unbalanced urban and rural development, lack of long-term mechanism of public cultural services and other issues. Public libraries are an important part of the public service system to meet the needs of the construction of public cultural systems, to provide citizens with free or discounted public cultural services, occupies a very important role in the public cultural service system. In this paper, Erdos library, for example, the status of Ordos and inadequate public libraries and cultural services with national characteristics were studied to explore the establishment of local public libraries and cultural services new strategies.
