The Research On Current Rural Harmonious Culture Construction

Since the new period, our party and state have a gradually deeper understandingof the cultural connotation, pay more attention to culture and cultural construction,and the objectives and tasks for the implementation of the cultural construction isgetting more and more clear and specific. The report at Seventeenth Party Congressclearly stated the cultural objectives, that is, promoting the harmonious culture’sdevelopment and prosperity of a new socialist countryside. The construction ofharmonious culture in rural areas is an important part in the construction ofharmonious culture in China, and also is the important content of building a newsocialist countryside. Rural harmonious culture is the cultural foundation ofconstructing the harmonious new countryside; rural harmonious culture constructionprovides ideological guarantee, spiritual impetus and cultural support for theconstruction of socialist new countryside. Exploring the reasonable core of the ruraltraditional harmonious culture, innovating the long-term operating mechanism inconstruction of harmonious culture, and creating a harmonious culture in the practiceof new rural construction, are the need for construction of the new socialistcountryside and the key to the traditional harmonious cultural continuity.It researches rural harmonious culture construction from several aspects, mainlyfrom the theory, present situation, countermeasure and suggestion of harmoniouscultural construction in rural areas in this paper, and try to provide some usefulsuggestions for the development of new rural harmonious culture and the constructionof new countryside.Chapter one is introduction. This chapter mainly elaborated the background andsignificance of this thesis, and a general overview on research methods, innovationand deficiency of domestic and foreign researches.Chapter Two is an overview of the theory on rural harmonious cultureconstruction. This chapter firstly defines the concept of culture, harmonious cultureand harmonious culture in rural areas; secondly, it focuses on the theoretical basis ofconstructing the rural harmonious culture, from Marx, Engels views on culturalconstruction, cultural construction thought of Lenin, and then to the building ofsocialist culture and the rural culture construction theory which combined with the characteristics of the times and the collective different national conditions by MaoZedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao as the core of leadership of the PartyCentral Committee, and provides the scientific basis and useful guidance for therural harmonious culture construction.Chapter Three is the current situation of China’s rural construction of harmoniousculture. This chapter firstly describes the achievements on China’s rural harmoniousculture construction; secondly, it elaborates the problems existing in the process ofcurrent rural harmonious culture construction; thirdly, it deeply analyzed the reasonsfor the problems in the construction of harmonious culture in rural, which makes theforeshadowing for the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in thefollowing part.Chapter Four is the countermeasures and suggestions for rural harmoniousculture construction. It is complex and long-term system engineering for ruralharmonious culture construction. This chapter tries to guide the construction ofharmonious culture in rural areas with the socialist core value system; change thebackward culture concept and foster cultural consciousness; lay the materialfoundation for rural harmonious culture construction; innovate a long-termmechanism of rural harmonious culture construction; maintain the balance andharmony of the rural traditional cultural ecology; develop rural education andcultivate new farmers, in this way, to explore a reasonable and effective way topromote the construction of harmonious culture in a rural area.
