Research On The Construction Of New Rural Harmonious Culture In The Process Of Urbanization

With the advancement of new type of urbanization construction in China, farmers growing demand for harmonious culture, rural increasingly highlight the importance of harmonious culture construction. Rural cultural development exist many difficulties, however, must actively explore crack path. Borrow machine of new type of urbanization development, reshaping rural traditional culture characteristics, realize urban and rural cultural resources sharing and communion, combining government guidance with the villagers main body participation. Under external force to promote and improve the work system and service mode and the innovation of rural harmonious culture, promote healthy development of the new type of urbanization.In this paper, first of all, the study of harmonious culture construction background, research value, research status, research methods and innovation points are discussed, then the meaning of culture, harmonious culture and the connotation, characteristic and function of the rural harmonious culture, expounded, from the perspective of history, the harmonious thought in Chinese traditional culture, the theory of marxism-leninism and sinicization of marxism about the theory basis of harmonious culture in the narrative.On this basis, the interpretation of the new connotation and characteristics of urbanization, summed up the new urbanization since the change of the rural social structure, analyzed the correlation of new urbanization and rural harmonious culture, the new type of urbanization is the important condition of rural harmonious culture, plays an important role in promoting the rural harmonious culture is a new type of urbanization; Sums up the achievements of rural harmonious culture construction, improving farmers’ cultural infrastructure conditions, farmers popular culture gradually formed the scale, peasant culture media receiving channels broaden, farmers harmonious culture thought has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people; Points out the problems existing in the rural harmonious culture in our country, rural culture and city culture conflict, farmers’ participation in political channel impeded, resources development and utilization in ignorance of the ecological environment, cultural facilities, inadequate investment and lag, the theme of rural harmonious culture construction weakened; Analysis concludes the reasons of these problems:the government’s support for rural harmonious culture construction is not balanced, imperfect management mechanism of rural harmonious culture construction, harmonious culture idea popularity is insufficient, lack of effective guidance, the farmers’cultural concept of rural cultural development lagging behind economic development.Based on the above analysis and discussion, this paper pointed out that promoting rural harmonious culture construction should adhere to the principle:one yuan the leading principle, inheritance, carry forward the principle, open principle, innovation principle and target principle for reference. Put forward in the new urbanization process to promote rural harmonious culture development Suggestions:establish and improve the coordination of urban and rural culture and the integration mechanism, broadening the channels for farmers’political participation and institutionalization, strengthen the function of the government’s culture and strengthen the guidance, to vigorously develop rural cultural industry and cultural undertakings, improve peasants’ cultural consciousness.
